Hisight Eyewear at CHIC 2026: Eyewear Meets Fashion in Shanghai

Three days of eyewear, product discovery and face-to-face conversations at CHIC 2026.

From August 25 to 27, Hisight Eyewear joined CHIC 2026 at the National Exhibition and Convention Center in Shanghai.

Over three days, the booth became a place for visitors to see eyewear up close, compare different frame styles and speak directly with our team.

For us, an exhibition is not only about putting products on display. It is also a chance to see how people respond to eyewear in person: which frames make them stop, which details invite a closer look and how a product on the table can become the beginning of a conversation.

Eyewear on the Table

A wide selection of eyewear was displayed throughout the show, giving visitors the opportunity to look through different shapes, colours and frame directions at their own pace.

That physical experience is difficult to replace online.

A photograph can introduce a frame, but holding it makes proportions, weight, finish and overall character much easier to understand. Seeing several styles together also gives a clearer sense of how individual frames can work as part of a wider eyewear collection.

This is particularly relevant for brands considering eyewear as part of a fashion or lifestyle offering. Product development often begins before technical details are discussed. It begins with direction: what kind of frame fits the brand, what feels appropriate for the target market and what deserves further development.

CHIC gave us another opportunity to observe that early stage of product discovery in person.

From Looking at Frames to Starting Conversations

Some of the most useful moments during the exhibition happened around the products themselves.

Visitors stopped at the booth, looked through the eyewear on display and spoke with members of our team. Those conversations are one of the reasons trade shows remain valuable even when so much B2B communication now begins online.

A website, social post or digital catalogue can help a brand discover a manufacturer. Meeting face to face adds another layer. Products can be handled directly, questions can develop naturally, and both sides have more context for understanding whether there may be something worth exploring further.

As a B2B eyewear manufacturer, Hisight supports OEM and ODM eyewear development across different product categories and project requirements. But every project starts somewhere, and sometimes the first step is simply seeing a frame that is worth looking at again.

Staying Close to the Market

Trade shows also give our team a different way to stay connected with the market.

Working with eyewear every day can make it easy to focus on development, sampling and production. An exhibition brings the product back into a wider setting, surrounded by people making decisions about fashion, retail, collections and what they may want to explore next.

For Hisight, CHIC 2026 was three days of products on the table, visitors around the booth and conversations that happened naturally around eyewear.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by during the show and spent time looking through the collection with our team.

We look forward to carrying those conversations forward beyond Shanghai.
